| Day 1 | On arrival in York, we walk a stretch of the city's remarkably intact medieval walls before wandering The Shambles, a crooked, timber-framed street dating back to the 14th century. As dusk falls, a costumed guide leads an evening ghost tour through York's narrowest alleyways, sharing the city's most chilling legends. |

| Day 2 | A morning tour of York Minster, one of the largest Gothic cathedrals in Northern Europe, reveals soaring vaulted ceilings and medieval stained glass windows dating back over 600 years. In the afternoon, the Jorvik Viking Centre brings York's Viking-age past to life with reconstructed streets, sounds and smells from over a thousand years ago. |
| Day 3 | A day trip takes us to the historic city of Durham, where the Norman Cathedral and adjoining Castle form a UNESCO World Heritage Site perched dramatically above a bend in the River Wear. A guided tour explores the Cathedral's Romanesque architecture before free time to explore Durham's cobbled streets. |
