Each tour includes accommodation, daily breakfast, listed entrance fees, transport throughout the itinerary, and a professional English-speaking guide. Exact inclusions vary by tour and are listed clearly on each tour page under "What's Included".

International flights to and from the United Kingdom, travel insurance, most lunches and dinners, and personal expenses are not included unless specifically stated on the tour page.

Contactless card payments are accepted almost everywhere in the UK, so it is not essential to carry large amounts of cash. A small amount of Pound Sterling is still useful for rural areas.

Most tours involve a moderate amount of walking on city streets, castle grounds and occasionally uneven countryside paths. Comfortable, broken-in walking shoes are strongly recommended for every tour.

Yes, we strongly recommend that all travellers arrange comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, cancellation and lost luggage before departure, as this is not included in our tour prices.

Payment is arranged directly with our team by bank transfer once your booking is confirmed. A deposit secures your place, with the remaining balance due closer to the departure date.

Our guides are experienced in adapting the day's schedule around British weather. Most attractions on our tours are enjoyable in all conditions, and indoor alternatives are available where needed.
